The Manager of Quality Management and Patient Safety is an inspiring leader who provides operational and strategic leadership to support Al Salam Health Medical Hospital’s mission of providing a top notch, evidence-based customized as well as role-model medical care in a safe and friendly environment that meets all our clients’ needs, and that builds patients trust .The Quality Management & Patient Safety Manager works collaboratively with the General Manager, clinical department, allied heath, nursing, and administrative leadership to develop and implement a best-in-class hospital’s quality management, patient safety, and risk management programs to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Healthcare related Field i.e. Nursing
• CPHQ Certified
• With 5 years experience as Quality Manager
